GOOGLY RANKS ("the Service") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. The Service is a technical tool that reads publicly available media metadata and helps users retrieve content they own or are otherwise authorized to download. We do not host, store, or upload any third-party media on our servers as a library, and we do not encourage or condone copyright infringement.
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on their behalf) and you believe that the Service is being used to facilitate infringement of your work, you may submit a written notice containing the following (as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
Email: clipozaofficial@gmail.com
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to disable access to, or remove the ability to process, the identified material where it is within our technical control. Because the Service does not maintain a hosted media library, remediation typically means blocking the relevant source pattern from being processed.
If you believe material was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact address with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
We reserve the right to block access for any user who is the subject of repeat, valid infringement notices.
